When the Azure Clouds Reflect the Moon

Hou Minghao, from a military family in Kyoto, and Lu Yuxiao, from a medical family in Shanghai, met while working on a drama. He was the catlike boyfriend who would secretly hook his little finger with hers on set; she was the thoughtful girl who noticed his stomachache and quietly brought him medicinal tea. From their matching “couple outfits” at the production’s opening ceremony to their subtle declarations of love during livestreams, these two clear-headed people still fell helplessly for each other. In an entertainment industry where they were often apart, they tested the waters with the sweetness of a “trial-period boyfriend,” writing a heartwarming love story that stepped out of the drama and into real life.
