I Ate the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, Then Joined the National Power Grid

An utterly ordinary vocational college student accidentally eats the Rumble-Rumble Fruit. He should have joined the relevant government agency, fought monsters, grown stronger, and saved the world. But our protagonist refuses, turning around and taking a job at the State Grid, where he becomes an executive at a state-owned enterprise. Being a department-level official at twenty-three is surely a hundred times better than those jobs where you fight for your life every day.
