Memories of the Fifth Loop

In his first life, Huangfu Jian was just an ordinary Earthling, until a semitrailer crashed into the second floor and sent him straight to a game over. In his second life, Huangfu Jian became the protagonist of the obscure grass-cutting game Hunter’s Soul: Awakening from Gangyi. He possessed hunter souls of all five elements, but still hadn’t realized how serious things were. Facing a cast made up entirely of NPCs, and with no permissions beyond those of an ordinary player, he single-handedly fought his way through the main story. Aboard the Dreadnought, he encountered the ancient behemoth R’lyeh, and when an enemy from beyond the stars appeared, they fought to the bitter end and took each other out. In his third life, he thought that after R’lyeh, whose second phase was three parts like and seven parts alike to the Moon-Blooded Lady, had crushed him, he would end up in Yharnam as a hunter. But when he opened his eyes, he found himself at Archdragon Peak, the Nameless King turned principal. He had to face the Ashen One while fighting a new memory battle in his sleep. In his fourth life, he thought he’d arrived in an ordinary medieval world. Gwynlord Huangfu Jian was preparing to retire in peace, until he saw that his spawn point was an incubator marked with the Roman numeral II, a flying church appeared in the sky, and a golden giant emerged from it. He could hardly take it anymore... Looking back at the hunter soul affinities he’d once thought made perfect sense: the blue arcane affinity symbolized wisdom, the red Titan affinity symbolized destruction, the green nature affinity symbolized life, the purple dark affinity symbolized corruption, and the golden holy light affinity symbolized protection... Hehe, I absolutely have to survive, you know!!! After his fleeting fourth life, Huangfu Jian enters a fifth. Will he finally find a peaceful life this time?
