In the Honghuang era, opened with a single thought by a supreme being, Lin Mo was fortunate enough to become one of 9999 trillion Creator Gods, bearing the number 250250250… (an infinite loop of 250s). With cultivation at the Dao-Transformation Realm and an immeasurable universe at his disposal, he ought to have stood at the summit of all creation, if only he hadn’t chosen to lie flat completely.
While the other Creator Gods busied themselves guiding civilizations and raising immortals and deities, pushing themselves to exhaustion, Lin Mo followed the principle that the Dao follows nature and left his universe entirely to its own devices. Billions of years passed, and the lifeforms in his universe were still trying to make fire with sticks and fighting over stone flakes. Their cultivation remained stuck at the first mortal stage, with no hope of advancing. Lin Mo was quite pleased: How simple, how peaceful!
Then came a death-knell of a notification: [The Honghuang Universe Tournament begins in fifty years! The losing universes will be absorbed, and their Creator Gods will have to work for the winning universe!]
Lin Mo looked at the dazzling “Universal Ranking: 9999 trillion (Last Place)” on his status panel, complete with its complimentary skull icon. Then he glanced at the shocking screenshots on the forum, posted by other Creator Gods, showing their immortals and deities crossing the sea of stars…
He sprang up from his Chaos-style lounging in an instant, drenched in sweat.
“Wait! Is there still time to start working hard?!”
And so, to avoid ending up as a wage slave, the most lazy Creator God in history had no choice but to scramble into action and launch an emergency poverty-alleviation program for his universe’s civilization. Faced with a group of primitive dependents who couldn’t even speak, Lin Mo’s career as a Creator God was about to face its greatest challenge yet.
After reading a few chapters, I lost interest in reading. The subject matter is fine, but the content is not imaginative.
