The Broke Actor Pretends He Can't Afford to Replace My Phone

To test my gold-digging girlfriend, I pretended to go bankrupt.

Just as I expected, she immediately broke up with me and moved out of our love nest in the middle of the night.

Three months later, I saw her on a variety show.

The host asked about her ideal type, and she looked at me with a bright smile. “Someone like Teacher Shen would be perfect.”

After the show aired, she posted an old intimate photo of us with the caption: “Let’s get back together.”

While the whole internet was buzzing, I received a text from an unknown number:

“The game has only just begun, dear ex-boyfriend.”
