The Knockout: Starting at Golden Sparrow PR

Twenty years ago, he was the only survivor of the Red Mansion massacre. He watched helplessly as his family died horribly, escaping with his life like an ant.

Twenty years later, he takes on the identity of Lin Chen, deputy director of the Cultural Affairs Bureau. Refined and composed, he carefully infiltrates the heart of Donghua City's power structure.

Everyone thinks he's just a scholar. No one knows that his codename is "Cangqiong," and that he commands overseas mercenaries and a trillion-yuan shadow empire. He has returned for one reason only: revenge.

Xu Tianhao, the richest man in Donghua and a philanthropist, is the true owner of the "Golden Sparrow Art Troupe" behind his charitable facade.

Bai Wei, the troupe's alluring leader, moves among the powerful, but is a blade yearning to turn on them.

Su Wanqing, a coldly beautiful prosecutor, is the lost love he never forgot, as well as the most unpredictable variable in his quest for revenge.

Under the currents of a charity gala, a woman's "suicide" exposes a corner of the dark underworld.

He bides his time and lays his plans. She pursues the killer by the book.

As black and white methods intertwine and the exchange of power and sex comes to light,

a final reckoning twenty years in the making quietly begins beneath Donghua City's night sky...

He has returned not for justice, but for revenge.

And behind him stands all of Cangqiong.
