A Delivery Drone? No, a Swarm Bomber!

Lin Che transmigrated to a parallel world. He had planned to use his “Super Technology System” to make a few little inventions, earn a little money, and then lie flat and enjoy a carefree life.

His first product was the “Windbird One,” a civilian drone billed as a “same-city delivery wonder” and a “delivery worker’s dream.”

It was quiet, efficient, had impressive endurance, and could intelligently avoid obstacles. Lin Che thought selling the thing for 9,999 was practically a steal!

At the launch event, a netizen joked, “Boss, can you mount missiles under this drone?”

Lin Che replied with a laugh, “You’re quite the joker. Missiles are out, but it can easily carry a couple of milk teas!”

He thought it was just a joke.

Until a few days later, dozens of military vehicles surrounded his little workshop.

An older man with a general’s star on his shoulder held the heavily modified “Windbird One” and excitedly grabbed Lin Che’s hand. “Comrade Lin Che! Your ultra-low-altitude, stealthy ‘swarm drone’ has solved a major problem for us!”

Lin Che stared at him in confusion. “Sir, are you sure you’ve got the right person? This really is just for deliveries…”

The older man waved a hand. “What deliveries? Starting today, it’s the ‘Swarm-1’ unmanned attack aircraft! Your company has been requisitioned!”

Before long, after the military took an interest in Lin Che’s “agricultural racing drone,” “civilian exoskeleton,” and “scenic-area sightseeing radar,” he gazed at the increasingly absurd “civilian products” in his warehouse and fell into deep thought.

Meanwhile, military observers around the world went completely mad. “Can someone tell me why China’s latest equipment all looks like delivery gear and toys?!”
