Special forces king Lu Jinghong is bound by a marriage contract to Gu Yanzhi, an expert at the Army General Hospital.
The entire military district bets their “forced marriage” won't last three months.
Then, during a joint operation, he performs an emergency surgery under a hail of bullets, while she single-handedly storms the enemy stronghold to protect him.
Only then does everyone realize: they're not an ill-matched couple at all. They're an unbeatable power duo!
Gu Yanzhi gently wipes the blood from her face and says with a low laugh, “Mrs. Gu, shouldn't we rewrite our contract to make it for life?”
