Fired for a Misdiagnosis? I Go Live to Diagnose Patients and Become an Online Sensation

Here's the bottom line: my System can do nothing but get me into trouble, except when it comes to saving lives.

Its diagnoses are too far ahead of their time. No one believes me.

Scene One: Hospital Office.

Me: “Chief, this patient doesn't have appendicitis. There's something suspicious in the CT scan!”

The result: I was fired on the spot for “making reckless diagnoses and disrespecting my superior.”

Chief: “You're just an intern, and you think you can challenge the CT report from the First Municipal Hospital? Get out!”

Scene Two: My livestream.

Me: “Sir, you don't just have a poor appetite. You have chronic hepatitis. Keep drinking and you'll end up with cirrhosis.”

The result: My livestream was reported for “practicing medicine illegally and causing panic,” and I was banned for 24 hours.

Comments: “What kind of quack doctor starts by cursing people with liver disease?”

Scene Three: Outside a ward at the First Municipal Hospital.

Me: “Chief Li, you really did remove the wrong thing! The patient has diverticulitis. If you use the wrong antibiotics again, they'll die!”

The result: Security guards dragged me out as a “medical troublemaker.”

Chief Li (scornfully): “I've practiced medicine for thirty years. You think I know less than some snot-nosed kid? Security!”

(Help, I really just want to save people!)

Later, when my livestream became the last hope for terminally ill patients around the world, all those people were left dumbfounded.

Chiefs, hospital directors, and master physicians: “Divine Doctor Su, please, save us!”
