Three-Year-Old Nuobao Protects the World with Her Spiritual Powers

The remnant soul of a heart-corrupting immortal escapes from the Heavenly Realm and wreaks havoc in the human world, turning evil thoughts into black miasma. Poisonous fruit threatens lives along an exile route, drought ruins the harvest in a war-torn village, and palace rivalries in the capital run red with blood. The whole realm is on the brink of collapse!

Who can turn the tide? It is actually Nuobao, a three-year-old foundling taken in by the Xiao family. Her little body is soft and cuddly, yet her forehead bears a crescent-shaped birthmark that conceals a protective jade. She also carries a space within the jade that can create a spirit spring and grow spirit wood. A drop from the spring can dispel the black miasma and save her father; a swing of the spirit wood can drive off bandits and slay evil spirits.

When palace conspirators attempt to seize the throne, she raises her spirit-wood staff to form a protective barrier. Faced with the vicious Third Prince and the black miasma, she cries, yet refuses to back down. When a giant beast devours a city, she gathers the faith of the people and turns it into a pillar of light. Her tiny figure stands amid the golden radiance, merging with the source of the Heavenly Realm to crush the remnant soul.

Once abandoned, little Nuobao ultimately becomes the Protective Jade Princess, revered by all the people. No one could have imagined that the one protecting the peace of the realm would be such a cuddly little girl, who loves to act cute and is afraid of the dark, yet dares to shoulder the heart-corrupting tribulation!
