Rule Horror: It Begins with Planting Sunflowers at Night

[Rules-Based Horror + Livestreaming + National Fate + No Female Lead] Strange phenomena have resurfaced across Blue Star, and urban legends are becoming real. The Chosen from the Dragon Kingdom have fallen one after another, its national fate is waning, and the nation teeters on the brink of collapse. At this desperate moment, the newly selected Chosen turns out to be Lu Feng, a graduate student in botany obsessed with plants and mocked by countless people as a “useless bookworm.” As everyone in the Dragon Kingdom shuts their eyes and awaits death, and the whole world waits to laugh at them, Lu Feng studies the scene of the urban legend, lost in thought. That familiar lawn, that adorable Peashooter, those staggering zombies… Isn't this Plants vs. Zombies, the game he's spent tens of thousands of hours grinding? Strange rules? Death traps? Sorry, but when it comes to gardening, I'm wide awake. While other Chosen struggle to survive inside the urban legends, Lu Feng treats them like his own backyard. “You can't plant Sunflowers at night? Sunlight is poisonous? Nonsense! Ever heard of photosynthesis?” “Wall-nuts can't stop every zombie? Let one try eating through it.” “Your neighbor is dangerous, so do whatever they say? You believe the sarcastic things Crazy Dave says, too?” He plants a Chomper from the start, gobbling up one little zombie after another. While other countries are still studying the rules, Lu Feng is already leading his plant army to steamroll one strange instance after another, raising the Dragon Kingdom to the pinnacle of the world! Lu Feng pats the giant Chomper beside him. “Don't be scared. They're all just my little flowers and plants.” [Instance One: Crazy Dave's Backyard] [Instance Two: Night of Poolside Terror] [Instance Three…] “My childhood really was just a tiny bit messed up, huh?”
