They meet again a year later. Liang Qingying returns to her hometown with her graduate students to conduct field research, while Zhou Heng is recovering at home from an injury sustained on a mission. From the moment he sees her again, Zhou Heng can no longer suppress how much he misses her. He needs to figure out why they grew further and further apart during their marriage, until he finally finds his way into Liang Qingying’s heart...

A little scene:

Zhou Heng climbs over the wall into Liang Qingying’s home and slips into her room with ease.

“Qingqing, my leg hurts. Be nice to me...”

Liang Qingying rolls her eyes at Zhou Heng.

“Your left or right leg had better really hurt, or else...” Liang Qingying pulls out a pair of scissors. “I’ll make sure your pain is short and sweet!”
