Don't Call Me Daoist Master, My Name Is Dao Ye!

My name is Dao Ye. I’m a Taoist priest, but not the kind you’re imagining. I come from the Xuantian Sect, a hidden Taoist lineage so secret it isn’t even mentioned in the history books. I’d planned to keep a low profile and cultivate in the modern city, gathering resources and breaking through to new realms. Unfortunately, my strength won’t let me stay under the radar! When I read feng shui, I see the rise and fall of dragon veins. When I study yin and yang, I’m on brotherly terms with the Ten Kings of Hell. When I hunt ghosts and monsters, I can take down an entire demon realm without breaking a sweat. People keep respectfully calling me “Dao Ye,” and I’m honestly at a loss. I’ve corrected them again and again: “Please don’t call me Dao Ye. My name is Dao Ye!” But when I wield a peachwood sword and summon thunder from the highest heavens, with a colorful cast of heroines trailing behind me (perhaps a proud Dragon Group leader, a paranormal livestreamer, or a descendant of an ancient demon clan…), while I tread on Golden Cores and punch Nascent Souls, that title somehow sounds even more impressive… Watch as Dao Ye restores the Xuantian Sect’s glory in this bustling city, uncovers the world’s unsolved mysteries, and has the time of his life along the way!
