The Prince’s Shadow Guard: Please Punish Me

He saw him as a blade in his hand,

a sword in its sheath,

a tool that would obey without question.

With the cruelest punishments,

he carved his own mark into him.

He thought he was the only one moving the pieces,

never realizing that in this game called “control,”

each act of harm

made him sink deeper.

When cold “rules” became their only means of communication,

when obedience turned into an attachment neither could abandon, this torture

had already bound them both.
