The Unofficial History of the Golden Lotus: A Beauty’s Plot to Rule the World

Modern-day Wu Zhi transmigrates into the short, ugly Wu Dalang and gains the Transformation System, with enhancement fluid and knowledge stored in its pocket dimension. He first makes a name for himself in Qinghe by improving baked flatbreads. As the System’s elixir gradually makes him taller and more handsome, he wins Pan Jinlian’s heart and joins forces with her to bring down Ximen Qing. He takes Jinlian to Liangshan, where his looks and cunning win over Sun Erniang, Hu Sanniang, and others. With the System’s help, he grows to nearly seven feet tall and becomes strikingly heroic, capturing the hearts of many women. Using the System’s resources to build up his army, he defeats the Song Dynasty and allies with the Liao to resist the Jin, ultimately founding the Great Wu Dynasty. From a short, ugly man to a mighty emperor, he has both beautiful women at his side and an empire to call his own.
