The Yin Burial Records: My Tomb Lord Is a Blood Man Tong

Five years ago, I dressed my three-year-old brother in his burial clothes and laid him to rest.

Five years later, an archaeological team dug up his little grave. Inside the coffin lay the body of an adult man.

It was my husband, who had gone missing just yesterday.

On his wrist was a paper coin I had burned for my brother all those years ago.

The team leader ecstatically recorded: “A miracle! A child has attained sainthood in the flesh!”

I hid behind the crowd, my blood turning to ice. The corpse’s eyes were fixed on me, its lips stretched into an eerie smile.

That night, my husband’s body crawled home, his limbs bent backward. In my little brother’s hoarse childhood voice, it demanded:

“Big sister... where is the outfit embroidered with the little tiger?”

From then on, I was dragged into a mystery of terrifying burial rites that had shrouded the world for a thousand years.

Burning paper money, a vengeful ghost child framing the living, nine yin tombs opening one after another...

Only then did I understand that for generations, the Lin family had not been keepers of burial rites. We were the chosen “sacrifices.”

And my little brother, who seemed to have died an innocent death, was the most terrifying link in a thousand-year conspiracy: the Blood Man Tong.

Can I find the truth and break this vicious cycle as I dig up grave after grave?

When the final gate to the afterlife swings open and I face the end of the world,

I choose to become the sacrifice and seal it with my own body!
