Supernatural Scan

My name is Lin Zhou. I’m an ordinary office worker. If anything unusual has happened lately, it’s that an app appeared out of nowhere on my phone.

Its icon is a black eye, and its name is “All-Seeing Insight.” I can’t open it or delete it; it’s just stuck fast to my screen. At first, I thought it was some kind of malware. I even tried restoring the factory settings, but nothing worked. It was still there.

Then, three days ago, I was working overtime until midnight. Exhausted and seeing double, I accidentally pointed my phone’s camera at my instant noodles. The black eye icon suddenly lit up.

Then a line of text appeared on my phone screen.
