We Agreed to Do Occult Mysteries, So Why Is the Movie Star Flirting with Me?

[Two top-tier stars + entertainment industry + metaphysics + mutual pining + equally matched leads]

Newly crowned Best Actor Huang Yanshen is 186 centimeters tall, cool and abstinent, and the dream man of countless fans and actresses.

But rumors in the industry say he has had a secret crush on his ideal woman for five years, and has turned down every romantic opportunity because of her.

No one knows that the actor was born with double pupils and can see ghosts and spirits.

Top-tier idol Xia Chengyu is 188 centimeters tall and strikingly beautiful, with an almost aggressive allure. He is the brightest king onstage.

He vanished from the public eye after a car accident five years ago, then returned five years later and rose to the top again with his group, NEXUS.

Even fewer people know that this outspoken idol is secretly a big shot in the ghost-hunting world.

When the two men, each a king in his own right, announce that they are starring together in a new drama, the whole internet erupts.

On the first day of filming, Huang Yanshen is accosted by a male ghost.

Xia Chengyu pulls him behind his back and frowns at the ghost. “He’s not into men. Get lost.”

But Huang Yanshen, standing behind him, replies in a flat, emotionless voice:

“Who says I’m not into men?”

Xia Chengyu: !!!

Wait, that’s not the point! “How can you see it?!”

Huang Yanshen looks innocent. “See what? Weren’t you just talking to thin air?”

Later, Xia Chengyu realizes that this cool, aloof Best Actor is not only good at acting, but also very good at playing hard to get.

Xia Chengyu: I thought I was catching ghosts, but ended up falling for him myself.

Huang Yanshen: I thought I was pursuing him, but it turns out he was trying to reel me in, too.
