I’m Socially Anxious, but the Fox Spirit Big Sister Won’t Leave Me Alone

The daily task list of a socially anxious comic artist:

① Blow-dry Bai Jiuyan's nine tails (Reward: Inspiration +200)

② Go with her to a human supermarket to buy sanitary pads (Reward: Invisibility spell √)

③ Pretend in front of the editorial staff that “she's my cousin” (Reward: Social anxiety -30)

Failure penalty: The fox spirit turns back into a little fox and cries in her bed until dawn.

Ruan Mianmian thought this was as far as things could go

Until the day she saw Bai Jiuyan in a loosely worn yukata, her fox ears twitching. “Task ④: Form a soul bond with me. Dare you?”

She chickened out.

But Bai Jiuyan lowered her head first, kissing her fingertip. “Don't be afraid. I'll wait until you choose this for yourself.”

“She thought she was winning over the fox spirit. In truth, the fox spirit was healing her world.”
