Gourmet: I Made Zhao Lu of the Dazzling Cast Cry with My Cooking

[Food + Female Celebrities]

Lin Yi is reborn in a parallel world and bound to the Divine Cuisine System. He opens a food truck called “Wandering Yi” outside the set of the drama Shining.

Top-tier star Zhao Lu sneaks out to find food when hunger gets the better of her. One bowl of “concept-level” egg fried rice later, she bursts into tears on the spot!

Zhao Lu: “Oh no, oh no! My emotional scenes are completely ruined. All I can think about is this fried rice!”

Music maestro Zhou Xiaoxiong: “Wasn’t I here looking for inspiration? How did I end up crying while finishing a song?! What on earth did you put in this rice?!”

Xie Feng, the legendary chef and judge: “I was just here to check things out… Hm? This egg fried rice… Wait, let me taste one more bite! Just one last bite!”

Director: “Damn it! I’m the director! Save me some of that ‘Momentary Sunset’!”

Extra: “Director? Everyone’s equal in front of the God of Cooking! Get it while it’s hot, or miss out!”

Producer: “The actors on our set are under too much pressure. Scheduling four ‘therapeutic meals’ a day makes perfect sense, right?”

From then on, whenever the Wandering Yi food truck parks at a film set, the stars are willing to work around their schedules and come grab a meal, even without getting paid!

Lin Yi: “I really am just a roadside food vendor! Zhao Lu can’t fit into her costume, Zhou Xiaoxiong cried while writing a song, what’s any of that got to do with me?!”
