Pregnant Zombie Mom Stockpiles Supplies, Ex-Husband, Out of My Way

Is the Zombie Baby's Dad a Scumbag? The night before our divorce, Gu Yan and I got drunk and ended up in bed together. The next day, he showed up with the divorce papers, put his arm around his new sweetheart, and said, “I’ve wanted to split up for ages.” Then the apocalypse hit and turned the whole world upside down! A month into the apocalypse, I’d had enough. I made a finger heart at the zombie peeking through the crack in my door. “Hey, handsome, bite gently. My meat’s tough!” Three months later, I’d become a green-faced, fanged zombie, but I was also five months pregnant with a big, round belly. My mind was clear enough to count sheep, and I’d even gained a portable space big enough to stuff with snacks! Lin Xiaoyu shoved potato chips into her space and cursed. “What kind of hellish start is this? Being pregnant as a zombie is bad enough, but the dad’s a scumbag too! I turned a corner and ran straight into Gu Yan. I was terrified out of my mind: not only was that jerk still alive, he was swaggering around with bodyguards! I bolted, only to run into my zombie little brother, Liu Feng, halfway there. The two of us teamed up to stockpile supplies, and our lives were even more comfortable than before the apocalypse. When we reached Nancheng, Liu Feng became the leader of the zombies. His training sessions were a complete disaster. “Metal ability! Make a knife, not an embroidery needle! Earth ability! Fix the city gate, don’t build a mole hole! Wind ability! Make a breeze, don’t blow yourself into the sky! Wood ability! Grow some food, don’t plant a man-eating flower!” A zombie with one ear missing came rushing to report, “Boss! Four killers are coming!” Liu Feng grabbed a bone club and looked up. He froze: one of the killers was Gu Yan! I hid in the crowd of zombies, put my hands on my hips, and shouted, “You want to claim the baby? No way! When you were cheating on me, why didn’t you think this day would come? The baby is mine. Go play house with your new sweetheart! “Want to get back together? Dream on! Who knows when another old flame will show up? I’ve got a zombie baby to take care of, and no time for your melodrama!”
