After Becoming the Villain’s Nanny, I Melted His Heart with Food

Food blogger Shen Zhixia and her best friend Ye Shutong, a surgeon, transmigrate together into a completed CEO romance novel.

Shen Zhixia becomes the personal caretaker of Lin Yedu, the novel’s most pitiful villain. After being injured while saving the original heroine, Lin Yedu is left paralyzed in both legs, grows violent, and refuses all treatment.

Facing this walking time bomb of a CEO, who also pays generously, Shen Zhixia’s money-making instincts go into overdrive. She launches a short-video account called “Feeding the Villainous Boss: A Daily Diary,” recording the meals she makes for Lin Yedu every day. At first, she only wants to make money with sensational content, like “Making Turtle Soup for a Disabled Villain: Will He Hit Me?” and “Can a Cilantro Durian Pizza Make the Villain Surrender?”

But viewers in the comment section start noticing a side of Lin Yedu they’ve never seen before: he awkwardly helps her pick up a recipe she dropped, and his ears secretly turn red when her cooking is too delicious.

Public opinion begins to turn around. The whole internet starts feeling sorry for this “handsome, strong, and tragic” man, and people even begin shipping the couple. Shen Zhixia’s videos go viral. As she rakes in money, she uses food and the power of public opinion to build a warm fortress around Lin Yedu, letting him experience the kindness of the world for the first time.

And through this “raising” process, watched by the whole nation, Lin Yedu willingly gives in to his little caretaker and offers her his legs: “Doctor Ye, please help me with my legs.”
