Building a Strong Nation: Handing Over Controllable Nuclear Fusion from the Start

After graduating with a civil engineering degree only to find himself unemployed, Lin Feng discovers a management simulation game called Future Infrastructure in his rented apartment.

The tutorial tells him to build a road. The very next day, the potholed stretch outside his home has turned into a futuristic, self-repairing road.

To earn game coins, he accepts a high-reward mission: “Light the Dragon Kingdom’s first fusion-powered lamp.”

He casually places a model of a small fusion reactor on a desert in the game map.

The next second, satellites around the world go haywire, and an energy singularity of historic proportions appears above the uninhabited western region of the Dragon Kingdom!

The whole world goes crazy, while Lin Feng stares innocently at the game prompt. “The newbie quest gives such generous rewards? This game is way too kind!”
