Twenty Thousand Sequences Worldwide: Critical Hits on the Twelve Palaces from the Start

Urban High Martial Arts / Apocalypse and Cataclysm / Global Anomalous Creatures / Sequence Awakening / Yuanchen Palace / Dual Vision / Gradual Invincibility / Major Late-Story Twist

In the third year after the apocalypse’s walls came crashing down, life across the globe has evolved abnormally. The truth behind the higher-dimensional tendrils wrapping around cities is exposed by “dual vision”: his left eye sees that the “gene evolution serum” promoted by online influencers contains abyssal larvae, while his right eye watches the Sequence No. 1 “Divine Scion” harvest ordinary people like a flock of sheep.

Lin Qiye is one of those sheep, a man whose girlfriend was stolen and whose dignity was trampled. As he lies on the brink of death, the Twelve Palaces of Yuanchen awaken in his mind: Taotie devours all things, the Azure Dragon controls fortune, the Vermilion Bird purifies the abyss… While other ability users fight tooth and nail for Sequence No. 500, he casually unlocks the Seventh Palace and refines the Class A giant beast “Demolitionist” into a bronze colossus with a wave of his hand, then conjures a kilometer-long energy shield.

“Sequence rankings?” He gives a cold laugh as the dormant marks of the first six palaces appear on his fingertips. “Sorry, I’ve got the world’s top seven sequences right here.”

But when he uncovers the truth behind the “higher-dimensional invasion,” he discovers that the so-called apocalypse is merely a “livestream experiment” conducted by a higher dimension, and that his Yuanchen Palace is the ultimate weapon against the “Observers.” He gradually becomes invincible in the middle of the story, before a jaw-dropping late-game twist: what you thought was “saving the world” might only be the beginning of a “much bigger experiment.” Countless “Earth replicas” flicker across a star-map shield, and another “Lin Qiye” smiles from across dimensions.
