Moonlight at My Fingertips: The Dance Prodigy's Comeback

Su Qingyan was once the brightest rising star at the Beijing Dance Academy, but an “accident” left her with a severe ankle injury, and her mentor declared that she had “lost her dancing soul forever.” Three years later, living under an assumed name and restoring ancient dance scores at an intangible cultural heritage workshop, she is discovered by the director of the variety show Dance All Out. “Your fingertips can speak. Why not take the stage?”

When she first appears on stage, the internet mocks her mercilessly for being an “amateur dancer.” But top-tier star Lu Shiyan praises her in front of everyone: “Your Dance of the Flying Apsaras Beneath the Moon has more spirit than the textbooks.” When she completes a 720-degree turn in modified Dunhuang dance shoes, when a fragment of the long-lost Rainbow Skirt and Feathered Robe is brought back to life at her fingertips, and when she blows up the trending charts with a choreography blending tai chi after an overseas judge claims that “Huaguo has no modern dance”...

Only then does the entire internet realize that the girl who is always quietly adjusting the curve of her water sleeves in a corner of the stage is the “vanished genius” from years ago! And Lu Shiyan, the sharp-tongued top-tier star who always takes her side, has not only secretly helped her restore a rare original dance score, but also produced footage from his own practice studio when she was caught up in scandals. “From today on, I’m Su Qingyan’s lead choreographer.”

[Bonus Scene] During a livestream backstage one day, a reporter presses them about their relationship. Lu Shiyan suddenly lifts Su Qingyan’s bandaged hand. “Look, this is my future girlfriend’s battle wound. With these hands, she showed the whole world the moonlight of Huaguo dance.” The internet erupts: ??? What happened to the aloof movie star?!
