Tang Yi is a delivery guy plagued by bad luck. Born with a “yin curse,” he can trip on flat ground and choke even on a sip of water. His greatest goal in life is to save enough money to pay for his younger sister’s treatment.
Then he accidentally stumbles into a mysterious “spirit market” and, in a desperate bid to save himself, awakens the dormant remnant soul of a ghost immortal within him...
From then on, a whole new world opens up to him. Beneath the city, cultivation clans, forces from the underworld, and mysterious organizations vie in secret. On his delivery routes, being waylaid by evil spirits, harassed by monsters, and hunted by dark cultivators becomes routine.
Forced to awaken, Tang Yi has no choice but to form hand seals with his left hand and carry takeout with his right. Alongside him are an over-the-top intern who calls himself the “King of Hell’s agent” and a tech-savvy girl driven out by her family. Together, they form an utterly unreliable team with a style all their own.
They handle all kinds of bizarre supernatural cases around the city in the strangest ways they can, barely scraping by, while growing through one chaotic escape after another. But they gradually uncover the truth behind a shocking battle from a century ago, as well as the terrible curse carried by their own bloodline...
From the modern city to the hidden realms of the underworld, from cultivation sects to battlefields in other worlds, an ultimate catastrophe threatening the fate of the world is quietly approaching.
Watch a delivery guy rise from the bottom, smash conspiracies amid laughter and banter, restore order through fierce battles, and write a legendary epic where urban life and the fantastical collide!
