Accidentally Becoming the Cutest Painter

This is the story of a boy chasing his dream who becomes a girl chasing her dream... He found a secondhand drawing tablet online and thought he'd scored a bargain, but it leaked electricity and exploded. He survived, but the hospital said that wasn't actually the biggest problem... PS: Slow burn, slice of life, school life, no angst, and heartwarming...
