Transformers: Rebuilding a Planet, Starting with Zenless Zone Zero

As Cybertron's civil war spreads to other planets and Cybertron itself loses all life, only a few Cybertronians manage to cling to survival across the entire planet.

Shockwave is one of them, having been betrayed by Starscream. During his days as a wanderer, he repairs his own optic and builds a crude laboratory. While searching for usable materials one day, he discovers a stasis pod.

When Shockwave opens the pod, he finds something extremely rare: an officer belonging to the High Council.

This is also the first time he has encountered another of his own kind.

“I believe I need to make some adaptive modifications so he can survive in Cybertron's energy-starved environment.”

And so, after Shockwave's extensive modifications, the Headmaster Sunset is born.

When Sunset, a human reborn as a Cybertronian, wakes from stasis, he immediately breaks down and shouts:

“Where's my body?!”
