I Married Chang'e on the Moon Palace

Lu Yu, a modern high-tech farmer, is accidentally transported to the Moon during an accident in a quantum collision experiment. In his desperate situation, he discovers that the legendary Guanghan Palace is actually a super-ecological base built by an ancient Chinese civilization to escape the apocalypse. There he meets Chang Xi, the base’s chief scientist, later mythologized as the immortal Chang’e. Combining his modern knowledge with Chang Xi’s ancient supertechnology, Lu Yu repairs the life-support systems, outwits the AI caretaker Wu Gang, and unlocks the life code of the nanite swarm Jade Rabbit, rekindling the spark of civilization in the moon palace after ten thousand years of solitude. The two go from mistrust to cooperation, weather a cultural collision spanning ten thousand years, and become soulmates before eventually marrying. When their new home attracts the covetous attention of a commercial empire from Earth’s future, the pair, bound together by the stars and the Moon, join forces to protect the fruits of both civilizations and seek a way back to Earth to ensure civilization’s survival.
