An Unorthodox Feng Shui Journal: The Heavenly Master and His Unlucky Sidekick

This is the story of Zhang Xuanling, an unconventional successor to Celestial Master Zhang, who arrives at the Mountain God Temple in Heifengkou, Fengtian Province. He carries a moldy peachwood sword case, and his compass needle spins like crazy, yet he can draw talismans with rice crackers dipped in cinnabar and use frozen steamed buns as ritual implements. When a weasel in a red bellyband begs him to name it a deity, he curses it out. When a Water Palace feng shui curse brings plague, he turns it into a hot spring bathhouse. Even the chief of the Imperial Observatory comes to kowtow and beg him to take him as a disciple. When the whole village shows up with betrothal gifts, hoping to marry him into their families, this Celestial Master only wants to grab his millet and run. Who would have guessed that his feng shui compass wouldn't suppress the evil spirits, but would instead turn him into the Li Family Village's “living God of Wealth”? Watch this goofy Celestial Master and his hapless companions turn Taoist magic into punchlines and everyday life into legend, as they stumble through one hilarious feng shui adventure after another.
