The Three Realms' Roast Chat Group: The God of War Plays Dead

After the ancient war between gods and demons, the Three Realms signed a sealing pact, and the Heavenly Court established the Dao-Fate Pavilion to keep watch over the mortal world. Xiao Yunci is the reincarnation of a God of War. With his heart for the Dao shattered, he hides away at an academy, pretending to be a good-for-nothing. Mingxin is a young Buddhist novice who descended to the mortal world disguised as a boy to undergo a trial, carrying a fragmentary scroll of the Sutra of Enlightenment. The two are bound to the "Three Realms Snark Group," whose members include the sharp-tongued Ksitigarbha, Chang'e constantly posting memes, and Yama, who is always trying to leave the group. A hypocritical saintess secretly allies with demons from beyond the realms, and a new conspiracy takes shape. After unexpectedly gaining a chat-group golden finger, they awaken the power of the God of War through their bickering. Revelations in the group become clues, jokes become tactics, and the former good-for-nothing rises to keep delivering face-slapping. Once abandoned as a pawn, he now watches the tides with a smile and joins forces with the young novice to defy heaven and change fate. In the end, he will reclaim the throne of the Heavenly Emperor and bring peace to the Three Realms.
