Eyes of Fate: Phoenix Flame Across Three Lifetimes

On the Canglan Continent, magic and swordsmanship coexist. Seven kingdoms vie for supremacy, while the imperial throne and the Church jointly rule the world.

As a child, Princess Elena of the Northern Realm was sent as a hostage to an enemy nation. Her childhood friend Rain was the son of an enemy general.

After a betrayal, the Northern Realm fell. Rain spent years lying low to seek revenge, while Elena was reborn and vowed to reclaim everything.

She unexpectedly gains the "Eye of Destiny," which lets her glimpse fragments of the future and foresee danger and the truth.

These eyes allow her to see through her enemies' disguises, and to see the murderous intent and love Rain conceals in his heart.

She proceeds with careful plans, rising from hostage to empress, from avenger to the one who turns fate around, while her relationship with Rain intertwines love and hatred.

Rain, too, struggles in the cracks of destiny. He is both senior and junior fellow disciple, as well as her enemy, yet he protects and indulges her without asking who's right or wrong.

Together, they uncover thousand-year-old secrets hidden behind identities such as saintess, illegitimate daughter, and maid, and reveal the truth about the power of the ancient gods.

They are three incarnations of the Goddess, and he is the only one who can influence the course of fate.

In the end, she is reborn in flames, and he returns from the end of time and space. At last, fate is turned around.

They are not slaves to destiny, but its creators.
