Period: My Jerk of a Boyfriend Calls Off the Engagement from the Start? I Slap Him Instead

[Transmigrates into a book set in a bygone era + female supporting character awakens + satisfying revenge + System makes money + sweet military romance]

I transmigrated into the body of a lovesick fool, and from the start my scumbag fiancé publicly broke off our engagement and demanded that I hand over the bride price to his true love, that fake sweet innocent!

I slapped him, activating the Merit System. [Ding! You struck a scumbag. Merit +10!]

From then on, the scumbag and his lover were sent to the countryside to farm, while I quietly made a fortune with the improved seeds I got from the System! The fake innocent was still scheming over work points, while the aloof military officer who kept his distance from women was already spoiling me rotten!

Everyone said he was cursed to bring death to his wives, and that any woman who married him wouldn't survive their wedding night.

I was marrying him anyway! Who says women need to rely on men? The man I, Lin Shu, choose has to bring good fortune to three generations of his family!
