Doomsday Rewind: Rekindling the Light of Hope

Chen Yu is an ordinary programmer living in a peaceful era. After a mysterious disturbance in the space-time continuum, he transmigrates to a post-apocalyptic world a century in the future. Earth has been ravaged by a mysterious dark force, turning most of the planet into wasteland. Humanity struggles to survive in scattered shelters. Mutated creatures run rampant, and resources are desperately scarce. Survivors must constantly guard against outside threats while also dealing with power struggles inside their shelters and the unfair distribution of supplies.

Chen Yu discovers that he has unexpectedly gained the ability to turn back time by twelve hours each time he uses it. With this power, he begins trying again and again to change the course of the apocalypse. He ventures deep into the wasteland to search for clues to the source of the dark force and battles all manner of powerful mutated creatures. Within the shelters, he uses his knowledge of the future and strategic thinking to resolve internal conflicts, unite the people, and establish more effective defenses and resource management. As he repeatedly turns back time and explores, Chen Yu gradually uncovers the shocking secret behind the apocalypse: it all stems from a reckless scientific experiment humanity conducted in the past. Can he use his ability to turn back time to correct past mistakes, rekindle the light of hope, and lead humanity out of the darkness of the apocalypse?
