Back to 1999: I Just Want to Make Money in Peace

Also known as: Morality and the Law

Welcome to Kasser City, 1999!

An industrial wasteland just named "America's Least Livable City." Its specialties are unemployment, acid rain, and a bunch of citizens who aren't quite right in the head.

Jack, a transmigrator, just wants to open a lousy little garage, make a bit of money, and stay out of trouble.

But in this city, trouble comes looking for you:

"Hey, buddy, can you modify this school bus into a battering ram that can smash through a bank's front doors?"

"Jack! I need a car fast enough to outrun my wife and her lawyer!"

"Um... can you fit my ice cream truck with bulletproof armor and nitro boosters?"

Faced with these bizarre "customers," Jack realizes that if he wants to survive, he'll have to be crazier than every lunatic in this city!
