Cold Embers Meet the Evening Star

Fu Hanzhou, heir to the Fu Group, was cool and refined, and had been doted on by his family since childhood. Yet he could never forget Su Wanxing, the little girl who had once sat beside him in kindergarten. Years later, as sophomore year of high school began, Su Wanxing transferred to Xinglan High School after a change in her family circumstances, becoming Fu Hanzhou's classmate.

By then, Su Wanxing was a top student and the school's belle. Her memories were hazy, however, so Fu Hanzhou seemed familiar but intimidating, and she was too nervous to approach him. Fu Hanzhou recognized her at once and began taking the initiative in his own aloof way: quietly helping her out of trouble, bringing her an umbrella and milk tea, and dealing with the provocations of Lin Weiwei, who was jealous of her. Through small gestures, he gradually made his way into her life.

With help from Fu Hanzhou's siblings and old keepsakes that stirred her memories, Su Wanxing finally remembered their childhood friendship. Moved by his steadfast devotion, she agreed to be with him. Even after they entered university, Fu Hanzhou remained her rock. He helped expose Zhou Yutong of the design department for plagiarism and supported Su Wanxing's career in design.

When they entered the workforce, Fu Hanzhou took over the Fu Group and made Su Wanxing part of his plans for the future. Together, they faced their business rivals' schemes and attempts to ruin them with rumors. After weathering every test, Fu Hanzhou proposed at the site of their old kindergarten, and the two held a lavish wedding. Afterward, they built their careers together, reached the pinnacle of success, and had a daughter. Surrounded by family, they continued writing their sweet, tender love story, from school uniforms to wedding gowns, proving that “their fate had been sealed since kindergarten.”
