Are There Really No Empresses in the Palace Fics With Intelligent Characters?
I mean, even a wish-fulfillment story shouldn’t be mindless wish fulfillment. Can palace-intrigue stories give us a smart female lead for once? (And an author who knows what they're doing.) The female lead's plot armor makes everyone except the readers stupid 😅😅😅
Variety Movies, Black Zhen Huan and Shen Meizhuang in the Legend of Zhen Huan
The heroine is very powerful and has a noble status
Crossovers: The Thrilling, No-Holds-Barred Battles of Empresses in the Palace
I don't need the protagonist to get along with the Zhen Huan fans. I want someone who repays every grudge.

I think the protagonist was Xuan Ling, who transmigrated into Yinreng’s body and doted exclusively on the female lead. Later, when Kangxi personally led a campaign, he feared Consort Shu would be bullied, so he handed her control of the palace. The male lead got angry, so he teamed up with several princes to kill Kangxi and become emperor.
