Apartment 404: My Neighbors Aren’t Human

A young man with nowhere left to turn is forced to move into an old apartment building with rock-bottom rent and a set of eerie rules. Survival is no longer something he can take for granted. He must strictly follow a series of absurd, terrifying, and often contradictory “neighborhood rules.” As he investigates the apartment’s secrets and deals with his “inhuman” neighbors, the protagonist must distinguish truth from lies in the rules and uncover the dreadful truth behind it all.
