My Blind Master Says One Thing but Means Another

Yunjing was known throughout Shixi Village as a "little monster." She had frightening strength and was always doing strange things no one could explain. Her biggest dream was to enter the world's foremost immortal sect, Piaomiao Sect, and escape her awkward situation. By a twist of fate, she actually managed to get in as a menial disciple. Then, through another twist of fate, she was taken in by Elder Mochen, a blind recluse with a cold disposition. Everyone else envied her for rising to the top overnight, but only she knew how difficult her master was: he barely spoke, couldn't see, and was incredibly picky about food! She risked her life to find medicinal herbs to cure her master's blindness. She trained herself to exhaustion so he wouldn't lose face, leaving everyone stunned at the sect tournament. She thought she was a truly respectful and devoted disciple! But why did her heart ache when she saw a pretty martial aunt approach her master? Why was she starting to let her imagination run wild when her master was becoming more and more indulgent toward her? And why had she blurted out something as outrageous as "I like Master" while unconscious?! Worse still, her master seemed to have… taken her seriously? And now he was inexplicably avoiding her?! Yunjing: Master, let me explain! I really just want to be a good disciple! (Inner thoughts: Maybe… not entirely?) Mochen: … (Outwardly icy, inwardly: Does this little disciple even understand? Staying away from me is for her own good! …But why did she really leave? This is annoying.) This is a lighthearted cultivation story with a touch of sweet angst: a "little monster" who becomes a menial disciple only wants to practice cultivation and show respect to her master, but accidentally wins over her own cold, blind master, and uncovers her astonishing origins along the way.
