Ultraman Stories: Have You Found My Kid?

Neve is a newborn cosmic origin, and should have been living a peaceful, happy life with her “guardians.” Unfortunately, one day, when no one was paying attention, a huge hole appeared in their home. Looking at the missing objects and creatures, Neve is utterly bewildered. Ah, she has to go find them? Fine, she'll look. But can someone tell her why the mighty, towering giants in front of her are her family members, who love acting cute and begging for attention? They're all the same kind of light origin, but that doesn't change the fact that the Ultras in her family are fluffy. Their alternate selves really are so different, Neve thinks. Ah! Wait, what kind of creature are humans? Stop trying to flirt with my babies! Not a single one of you is allowed! That's it. When the universe evolves from now on, she absolutely will not bring humans into existence. Neve thinks darkly. Ahem. Anyway, you Ultras who walk around on two legs, would you like to come home with me? I already have your counterparts, but there's always room for more family. Ultras like Diga Meow-Meow, Galaxy Pony, and Gaia Hamster have something to say: Look at you, so hopeless. They're just different forms of light. What, you think you're too good for us? Huh? What's this little person? They look interesting. Can we keep them? Counterparts, you don't know the first thing about raising kids. Leave it to us. We're professionals at raising “little ones.” The counterparts: ? Nonsense! They're ours, all ours!
