The Spoiled Young Lord's Redemption Plan

**Setting:** The fictional Great Yin Dynasty, where aristocratic clans hold great importance.

* **Male lead:** Lu Yunzhi, heir to the Duke of Zhenguo and the capital’s most notorious playboy. He keeps fighting cocks and dogs, frequents pleasure quarters, and has friends among women from every walk of life. He hates being constrained and is forced to marry under pressure from his family. Though he seems carefree and irreverent, deep down he carries childhood wounds from feeling insecure and neglected.

* **Female lead:** Lin Weiwei, a young lady from a fallen marquis’s household. After her family declines, the Duke’s elderly wife takes a liking to her and chooses her as her grandson’s bride, hoping she can keep the heir in line. She appears gentle and meek, but is levelheaded and strong-willed, and knows how to overcome force with softness.

* **Central conflict:** A marriage that turns into love. To rebel against the marriage, the male lead becomes even more outrageous: bringing women home, cutting off her allowance, and mocking her. The female lead neither argues nor makes a scene. Instead, she uses “green tea” tactics, appearing generous and virtuous in public while quietly steering gossip to put him at a disadvantage, along with financial tactics, cleverly managing her dowry and even trading on his name to do business. Little by little, she becomes part of his life and takes control of the household. The male lead goes from looking down on her, to being surprised by her, to becoming attracted to her, until he finally falls for her.
