The Young Guy Has Been Plotting This for Ages

On our seventh anniversary, my dad married Zhou Wang’s mother. After that, Zhou Wang and I broke up. He was the one who ended it. Then he added, “The thought of you becoming my sister makes me sick.” “...” I was confused and heartbroken, until my dad introduced me to a blind date, Meng Guinian. Meng Guinian had broad shoulders, a slim waist, long legs, and a face that was exactly my type. More importantly, he was young and looked very capable. Meng Guinian leaned closer, looking shy. “Sis, may I...” May you what?! What could he possibly mean? Curious, I let him take me to a hotel that very night. As I watched him kneel, my palms grew sweaty with nerves. Wasn’t this a little too fast? The next second, Zhou Wang called me. He was drunk. “Qiao Nan, I miss you so much...” Before I could answer, Meng Guinian hung up on him without a second thought. He curled his lips into a smile and leaned over me. Just as I thought he was about to kiss me, he suddenly asked, “Sis, would you like to buy insurance?”
