Island Survival: I Have a Doppelganger in the City

· Just as Lin Xuan on Blue Star is about to die from extreme weakness, Lin Xuan on Earth is also so drunk that his consciousness is fading. Their minds are pulled into a pure white space at the same time.

· At first, each thinks the other is part of a dream.

· Lin Xuan on Earth might say, "That starving nightmare again... and this time there's a hallucination who looks just like me?"

· Lin Xuan on Blue Star might think, "Is this the final montage before I die? Am I seeing another version of myself in a different world? Is he suffering just as badly?"

· As they talk, they are shocked to discover:

· The details of each other's "dreams" match exactly: the island, the functions of the wristband, the name of the university, and the names Li Ting and Zhang Hao.

· Time passes at the same rate for both of them: a week has gone by for each.

· Most importantly, they almost simultaneously feel the powerful emotional residue coming from the other's world. Earth's Lin Xuan is heartbroken, while Blue Star's Lin Xuan is gripped by hunger and fear. The pain is real and doubled, nearly unbearable, but it makes them suspect this is more than just a dream.

· Next, they try to touch each other and find that they can't. But Blue Star's Lin Xuan instinctively imagines handing over a piece of gold ore beside him, while Earth's Lin Xuan instinctively reaches out to take it... The ore really appears in the Earth Lin Xuan's consciousness, and when he returns to his body, the actual object appears on his bed!

· Only then do they truly realize that this isn't a dream. It's a real event happening right now.
