Be a Little More Sensible Every Day

In life, we often misjudge people. But it isn't because our eyes are "blind". It comes from the kindness in our hearts.

When we look at the world with kindness, we instinctively give others the benefit of the doubt and choose to believe that people are good at heart. For example, on a team project, my kindness made me trust a seemingly enthusiastic teammate too easily. I assumed he would put his all into the project, just as I did. Later, I realized that he was only good at putting on a show and had never really made an effort. Even so, I don't regret misjudging him back then, because it reflected my kindness and my hopes for good relationships with others. That kindness also taught me how to tell people apart better, while still allowing me to treat them with goodwill.
