My Dali Complex

Yan Yiyi graduated from a prestigious university and landed a job at a top company, only to be betrayed by her scumbag boyfriend at the peak of her life. Overnight, her career and love life were reduced to nothing. She fled to Dali to heal, but got lost and was rescued by Lin Ketian, the owner of a local guesthouse. He was the freest spirit between Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, yet he stopped in his tracks for her.

A trip that began as a way to heal unexpectedly became a fated encounter. Their first meeting in the old town's narrow lanes, a love song at sunset by Erhai Lake, whispers beneath the stars... But reality is harsh: her Beijing ex refuses to leave her alone, a close female friend in Dali eyes Lin Ketian covetously, both families fiercely oppose the relationship, and their careers and entrepreneurial struggles are worlds apart.

When an urban professional woman meets an idealistic man from an ancient town, will theirs be a brief romance or a lifelong commitment? How much running toward each other, suspicion, sacrifice, and personal growth will it take for their Dali connection to finally blossom?
