It is a monograph that explains the training of internal strength. This book has four chapters in total: One-Day Internal Strength Sutra, one is called Na Gua Sutra, one is called Shen Yun Sutra, and one is called Earth Dragon Sutra.
The Nei Gong Jing talks about the context, pattern, qi orifices, principles of energy generation, and the realm of how the true qi is sufficient within and the handsome shape appears on the outside. The Na Gua Sutra combines the exercise of the human head, body, limbs and internal organs with Bagua reasoning, further elucidating the principles of regulating qi, regulating qi, nourishing qi, and stimulating qi, as well as the realm of qi extraction and qi filling to reach the gods. The Shen Yun Jing is a theory about practicing and refining the spirit. It describes the body, power, use and meaning of Shen Yun. It points out that the success of Shen Yun can strengthen oneself, but attacking others with Shen Yun can weaken their courage. The Earth Dragon Classic talks about body training methods based on practicing Qi, strength and spirit. It is believed that the human body is always full at the top and empty at the bottom, so emphasis should be placed on practicing the foundation. Therefore, it is necessary to practice both standing and falling, so as to be able to move up and down, far and near, vertically and horizontally. The sutra focuses on the essence and principles of whole-body ground training and performing bottom attacks, which is an important theory for practicing ground lying on the chassis.
The year when this book was written is unknown. During the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, Wang Nanxi, a martial artist from Langya, and his friend Zong Jingfang from Zhushan wrote a preface to the book: "The Four Classics of Internal Strength" is Wang Nanxi's ancestor. In the early Qing Dynasty, he was the general governor of Jiangxi, and he was a boatman on the Qingjiang River. , I saw a businessman covering Duoji's goods at the bottom of the water, and got a stone letter, which contained two volumes of books, one was called "Carved Pills", and the other was the true biography of "Nei Gong". The book "Nei Gong" contained these four chapters, with a postscript: Recorded on March 15th, the second year of Zhenguan. The public bought it at a high price and passed it down to this day.

The Tianji Kung Fu is here, why don't you practice it, comrade?
Hurry and memorize it, just in case you need it for time travel [laughing evilly][laughing evilly][laughing evilly]
This secret book is true. The first two meridians are training methods, and the last two meridians are fighting methods. Unfortunately, it is not for beginners. At least someone like Huo Yuanjia can practice it. Ordinary people can't even understand how to generate qi, so how can they be lucky enough to move through the meridians.
Do you have any experienced buddies? What effect does this book have?
A treasure book! Whoever can participate will benefit from it for life!
It feels good, but I just can't understand it
It's well written, but I can't understand it.
I really want to learn, but the content is difficult to understand.
