Lan Chu Has Arrived: Mr. Jing Admits Defeat

When Si Lan Chu first arrives in the capital, her mother worries that there are too many wolves in the north and one might carry off her lovely daughter from the south. Her brother teases her too, but she replies, "It's anyone's guess who'll carry off whom. Maybe I'll be the one to take the northern Wolf King back south with me."

Si Nan Chu drives along a winding road, the scenery outside the window shifting from a bustling city to desolate countryside. She only wanted to see the capital for herself, but unexpectedly, she saves the Wolf King's uncle. From then on, the Wolf King keeps a wary eye on her. But this little fox from the south is no pushover: she carries the Wolf King back to her home, and from then on, the two are partners in crime.
