Modern Demon-Slaying Chronicles: From the Start, a Pig Crashes Into Class

[Hilarious, goofy, easygoing everyday life] Sun Xiaokong is a high school student. His biggest worries are failing math and waiting too long in line at the milk tea shop. Then one day in class, a sleek, shiny pig crashes through the classroom door and squeals at him in a panicked frenzy. And Sun Xiaokong can actually understand it! "Brother Monkey! Quit spacing out! You're Sun Wukong reincarnated! I'm your second junior brother, Bajie! Master got captured by demons again, and this time he's about to become sashimi hot pot! Come with Old Pig and save him!" Sun Xiaokong: "???" Aside from having "Sun" in my name, what do I have to do with that monkey? I barely passed PE! It turns out a space-time rift has opened, and the monsters and demons from Journey to the West, along with the scripture-seeking crew, have all tumbled into the modern city. The demons take human form and hide among the bright lights, carrying on with their schemes: running shady businesses, pulling scams, getting addicted to the internet, and even plotting terrifying conspiracies! Forced into action, Sun Xiaokong teams up with a pink-haired pig who claims to be Marshal Tianpeng, Junior Brother Sha, who drives an excavator, and their master, Tang Sanzang, who specializes in "delivering souls." Together, they make one bizarre crew! With a copy of Five-Three in his left hand and a hollow aluminum tube in his right, standing in for the Golden Cudgel, Sun Xiaokong runs himself ragged between homework, earning pocket money, preparing for exams, and saving the world. He's just a high school student who wants to drink his milk tea in peace! Can he return this reincarnation trial pass?!
