One Punch, Invincible: Rewriting the Regrets of All Worlds

The powerless, retreating child Lin Mo used to be, standing at the mouth of an alley, remains an unhealed thorn in his heart. As an adult, he watched Ace die, Jiraiya sink beneath the waves, and Itachi fall on screen. Those scenes merged with the regrets of his childhood, burning his soul. “If I had the power, I’d never let another tragedy happen before my eyes!” He vowed to train for three years: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10-kilometer run, every single day! The whole internet watched him transform from a “madman” into a “symbol of faith.” When the three years were up, he died beneath the wheels of a truck while saving a child. At the brink of death, the God of Anime recognized his pure conviction, granted him the “principle of one punch,” and charged him with traveling across countless worlds to right their regrets. When he opened his eyes again, a starry bridge connecting myriad worlds stretched beneath his feet. His first destination was the greatest heartbreak of all: the moment Ace was about to die in the Summit War! Space and time split open. Akainu’s monstrous magma fist tore through the air, hurtling toward Ace’s back… At the last possible moment, Lin Mo instinctively darted between them. The devastating magma punch slammed into his bald head, then vanished with a soft pop, like a drop of water falling into a furnace. The entire battlefield fell silent. Akainu stared at his unharmed fist, his attack having failed, his pupils trembling in shock. Lin Mo rubbed his bald head, looked at the shaken Ace and the frozen battlefield around them, and slowly clenched his fist. “Looks like I made it in time.”
