The Calamity of the Nine Nether Profound Heavens

Deep in the Nine Nether Demon Prison, the demigod Ling Wujue, bearing the Demon Venerable’s source and a divine clan seal, breaks free of his confinement. He summons Netherworld secret arts and vows to shatter the infernal prison. Yun Qingyao, a true disciple of the Glazed Pure World Sect and a supreme figure of the immortal path, is charged by heaven with slaying demons. She possesses pure immortal essence and a secret forbidden art of the divine clans.

Light and darkness collide, shaking heaven and earth. One is a frenzied demon seed, the other a cool and aloof immortal beauty. They should be locked in a fight to the death. Yet the instant they clash, their divine power and demonic source resonate and unite, awakening an ancient Demon Prison that has slept for a million years and provoking a divine punishment from the Nine Heavens, sent to destroy evil.

They soon realize that they are the only two keys capable of unlocking the world’s greatest secrets. To survive and uncover the truth, these sworn enemies, one divine and one demonic, are forced to join hands against the pursuit of the Three Realms. Suspicion grows amid destruction, and they cling to each other in desperate straits. As light and darkness mingle, a forbidden love blossoms, one that transcends reincarnation.

Their love defies heaven and violates the Dao. Immortals and demons alike seek to kill them. Together they tread the Nine Netherworlds, shatter the High Heavens, refine the primordial chaos, and merge the supreme arts of the divine, immortal, and demonic paths, ultimately mastering an ancient art erased by time. From then on, the two supreme ones walk the world. Light and darkness become one, all realms submit, and the truth behind the primordial catastrophe that shook the cosmos is finally revealed.
